pot stuck in pot

I have done this before - jammed pot inside pot. Cant remember what I have to do to release them.

I think you put the two pots on a high heat then plunge them into cold water which I have tried - but this time hasn't worked.

You could try putting both into the freezer if the hot/cold method doesn't work..... the metals may shrink fractionally - enough to loosen them apart. Or, you could try more heat underneath and freezing cold water on top.
