hi folks

posted a month or so ago asking how i could re-whiten the white gravel in my garden.
followed your advice and diluted some domestos (sodium hypochlorite) in a watering can and sprinkled it over the gravel but alas gravels still dirty and green.
any more ideas? do i need to try a stronger solution?

I use the sodium hypochlorite available from farm stores. The ordinary domestic stuff doesn't work.
Try this product, it will remove green algae from pebbles, paving, wood etc and keep them clear for 3-4 months. Wont remove dirt tho. We use it and find it very effective.
