toilet seat fitting problems
3 Answers
Can anyone tell me how to adjust the newer type of toilet seat [the type will circular cam-type adjustment] so that the seat will stay up when lifted and won`t slide about when sat upon?
There must be a simple answer but it`s driving me to distraction. Many thanks in advance.

Then tighten the wing nuts up so the seat won't move. If the nuts are not nylon/plastic, make sure you use plastic/nylon washers or you might crack the bowl.
That is how I did mine, I'm assuming yours is similar.
