order received from a different firm

I used to order from Healthy Living Direct and had never any trouble. On the 1 June I ordered a pair of elastane shoes, I paid by credit card (as usual) and the order should have come to �19.94 inclusive of postage. However, the shoes were received from a different firm and I was charged �21.98. Trying to get in touch with them is useless, e-mails are returned by the delivery service and phoning - it is one of thos 0871 numbers where they keep you waiting to make more money presumably, which I refuse to do.
If anybody intends to order from from the firm mentioned please beware.
