apple tree and plum tree

Have just moved and inherited fruit trees!My apple tree has spots on the apples and a white fungus and also a yellow fungus on the branches0-what do I do?
My plum tree has leaves that are shrivelled and turning brown-help

Sounds like your Apple Tree has 'Wooly Aphid', if you don't fancy brushing them off, you can get a spray from a garden Centre, they'll advise on the best one.
Plum Tree.
This sounds like 'Greenfly', there are several species, and like the Apple, you'd need a spray.
I haven't recommended a spray, as there are a few, but as I said, the garden centre specialist will advise you properly.
