carpet scagged in 3 places & only 8 months old

Hi there,
I had a carpet fitted all upstairs back in October.
1. It's meant to be stain resistant & marks are impossible to get up
2. It's scagged twice in my sons room & once in mine - the weave is thick & very noticeable.
We are carefull & don't wear shoes e.t.c. upstairs. The suppliers are coming to inspect it next week. Please tell me they will replace the lot!!???

I don't know - what quality carpet did you buy? If the carpet was sold as heavy duty then yes, it should all be replaced.

If it was sold as 'bedroom' and it has worn on the landing, then maybe not.
