Am I paying too much for my electricity? I'm living in a two bedroom flat with storage heaters, 85 pound s per month.

Try uswitch.com which should find your cheapest supplier. Is your flat rented and if so what are the terms about electricity and gas - see your lease
that certainly seems a bit high to me
Well I am in a 4 bed house and my bills are 35 a month so that should give you an indication of how ripped off you are!! Storage heaters I have found are the most expensive form of heating. I too had a similar problem years ago when in a 2 bed flat with storage heaters and my bills were over 80 a month too ... and that was with Economy 7.
Yes, I think you probably are. The expensive appliances to run are the ones that produce heat. If you're using these a lot during the day, could account for it, though you'd need to be using them a hell of a lot if that's what you pay a month. The storage heaters should be run during the night, on a lower tariff than the normal domestic rate, but are still probably the most expensive form of central heating as well as being the crappiest, for lots of different reasons. If you're using some form of meter payment, the landlord (if you have one) may have some control over it.
...especially in a two bedroom flat.
Nothing electric is cheap.Try turning the expell heat temp and don't have energized during the day.
