I have found a horse brass on a leather strap. On it says Tunbridge Wells and looks like NAFB (it has an ampersand underneath between the A and F. Then there is a large anvil with an A and an E on either side, and underneath the anvil it says either 1993, or 1883. The 1 and the 3 are clear but not sure about the other numbers, they are either 8 or 9s. If anyone can tell me what this represents I would be very grateful. Thanks in advance for any answers.

The NAFB is the National Association of Farriers Blacksmiths Agricultural Engineers. Sometimes written NAFBAE. Hence the A&E on the brass. I hope this helps.
