I have just had a new combi boiler so now have no hot water tank I still have the old airing cupboard and would like to use it as such Do they make a small wattage (250)skirting board heater which I could use to keep it warm whch would not cost too much to run

have they put the combi in the airing cupboard? if they have you could simply have a small radiator added at the bottom of the airing cupboard, you could have this done even if the combis not in the airing cupboard as long as the central heating pipework is nearby.

Thank you that is an option ,I was thinking about this wet summer when I dont really need the heating on but would like to dry the clothes
Gucci is definitely right about a rad.............especially for the winter....................for summer, this is the smallest I could find with a quick Google..................

Hi there, I have just had a combi boiler put in, and I too wanted an airing cupboard still. The guy that did the work put a little radiator in. (can't see a specific name, but I know it was supplied by Screwfix.) This runs off the boiler. BUT, it will only work when the central heating is on. Therefore in summer it obviously is not on.Just thought, are you thinking of an electric one? It is a pain when you're used to an airer isn't it !!!!!
