I recently was given a birdbox with a camera. Does anyone know anything about how to deal with this? I have great tits nesting every Spring and intend replacing my old box with this new one,(Hope this wont put them off).I can get the whole thing set up ok but don't know when to do what! They start building in April. Do I need to have the camera adjusted before then or what? Would really appreciate some tips.

I am very interested in birds myslef but I am a beginner, I am sorry know one has offer any help yet, I wonder if their are any good online sources of information on this.

Yes my concern would be a change in box maybe they won't like that. Is the camera detachable can you not refit it to the old box they like? Prob not eh.

I will try and find some info
I have searched online for 'bird box with camera' and there are lots of UK sites selling these boxes that offer setup infomation and guidance, so I would check them out and maybe email them if you get stuck.
