how do i collect seeds ?

my night scented sctock are now in seed. how do i collect and save the seed pods for next spring ?
simple question if you know the answer, but i dont !!

the pods should be looking dead ...
pick them ..let them dry ...and then
put the seeds in to an envelope ..
and store in a plastic box ....next year
your plants have not cost anything ..

I put the plants upside down in a paper bag, tie the stem end and shake, hopefully if the seeds are ready they will fall to the bottom of the bag
