Double glazing - am I dreaming?

Do I remember correctly that the govt were going to offer deals / discounts on getting cheaper double glazing to improve the heating efficiency since the price of fuel / gas has increased so much, or was this just a figment of my imagination?

If it is the case is it restricted to pensioners and those on benefits?

There are grants for certain categories of people, but they require a contribution. Google Warmfront.
It is not specifically about double glazing, which is not the most effective investment to improving insulation unless you've done the more cost effective work to walls and roofs, plus stopping draughts.
