Twenty odd a month. Not actually started it yet.

i think that was the one i was on but found it quite expensive so changed it and went with e.on(i think) at about half the price

I've got no great love for BG or any other large company but we do use them for the houses we rent out and theyve been fine. The tenants call them out when they have a problem and BG come out and fix it and we dont get any hassle.

Theyre obviously not perfect but on 'review' sites like the one mentioned youre mostly going to get the negative side anyway.

If we were going to move away from BG we'd probably try and find a small local company that we could call on.

as i said before they are expensive and lots of others who do the same job as them for half the price,
