removing mould
0 Answers
We recently moved into a house, and filled the cellar with stuff. Unfortunately, the tumble dryer had its hose fitted incorrectly, which led to the entire cellar becoming very damp, and now we have a lot of mould growing on our things. What is the best way to remove this? I am aware of mould and mildew sprays, but the problem with these is that they are bleach, based, and therefore cannot be used on items like shoes or books. Is there a way to avoid having to throw it all away?
We have started to heat the cellar with the rest of the house, and have put a moisture trap box down there (none so far!)...
