Help Needed Again

Further to my below predicament the electric has started to trip off again.
I've been trying to stop the leak (still no sign of neighbours) and have a cup under the leaking fan (the water is coming out the bottom of it so guessing it's flooding in through the back as damp on the ceiling but no trickle down into the fan.
I can also hear another drip coming from behind the build in cupboards the other side of the kitchen to the right of the sink but can't get in to see what's leaking where.
I have found a switch in those cupboards for the fridge, am I ok to leave it on as the cupboard is dry so far or is it safer to switch in off and, in that case, what do I do when the freezer compartment starts to defrost.
The landlord has his electrician coming round tomorrow afternoon to have a look, just trying to get damage limitation in the meantime and try and isolate bits of electric so I'm not totally without.
I've gone through the electric box and it seems the living room sockets are on the same circuit as the kicthen ones.
Argh!

Assume its all rubbish, make sure you have a torch and wait for the sparks to fix it tomorrow. Keep fridge and freezer closed, you may be able to salvage some of your stocks . I'm not a sparks, but until the problem is sorted, eg the leak you have to do damage limitation.
I hope they sort it soon
