Trying to change built-in microwave

We don't know how to remove the present m/wave. There is some movement if we pull at it. Have removed one upright part of casing and casing below. What should we be doing next? Any helpful suggestions? It's a panasonic if that makes any difference.

I've managed! A neighbour came round suggesting all the casing should come out. Did this and hey presto! Very heavy though. Now getting the new one in, which is much lighter - new technology.
