Hi, my elderly parents are looking for wall lights with hanging glass like a chandilier but cant afford much is there any where they might be able to buy them. Thanks

Try BHS or Homebase, they both have excellent ranges. I can`t remember which we got ours from but they sound exactly what your parents are after.
