help needed to fight SS

does anyone know an organisation that can help my daughter a single mother who has been targeted unfairly by the social services to help fight an appeal, they are treating her like a rag doll and being systematically torn apart.

Get in touch with your local Citizens Advice Centre..... they may be able to help out, or at least give you an idea of where to go.

A friend of mine had to fight an appeal with DSS some years ago and as far as I can remember she had to do alot herself. Having said that she fought hard and won the case, but it was a long struggle. I can certainly understand how your daughter feels having seen my friend go through it.

thanks for your comment lindy loo.going through those motions at the moment,but I thought maybe a group like the gingerbread might have some anwers or a lawyer on legal aid.
