What type of grease, and how much?
bleach
Question Author
Just grease , so my husband says, nothing seems to shift it , just moves it around
For a start, DON'T use bleach, as suggested by Raymond (!!) or any other substance/solvent that could get on the paintwork. Try a strong solution of Stardrops and HOT water.
Sorry, - RAYMAN

You could try washing up liquid or Swarfega, but whatever you use it's probably best to try to avoid getting it on the paintwork.

You can get alcohol based wet wipes from halfords and some supermarkets especially for cleaning grease off windscreens.
If the wipes dont work, try a trade suppliers for some stuff called 'jizer' its a water washable degreaser used in engineering, ive not seen much stand up to it.
