photo printing

my photos are printing out red instead of proper colours ..anybody any ideas on why ,please.laptop & printer are working ok.

I think you have ink problem.

have you run out of other colour inks?

I got this problem once when I used compatible cartridges in my printer. Once I went back to the Original manufacturers cartridges all went well.

If you have an ink monitor, check it ...this will tell you how muck ink is left in each cartridge.
If you have one cartridge empty..replace it.
Also do a nozzle check...if that is blocked...clean the head.
You will find these options, when you right click on your printer icon..
