Gas Cooker
4 Answers
I recently bought a flat and the cooker was included in the sale. It is a Teba branded cooker and doesn't apear to be very old. The hobs work fine but the oven won't stay lit. I turned the knob and kept it pressed in and lit the oven. I held the knob in for a minute or so and when the knob was released, the oven went out. Tried it a few times but it didn;t work. Even after holding it in for 5 mins it still cut out. Is this a simple problem to fix? Any suggestions very much appreciated... Ta!

Alternatively you may have to get a Corgi registered gas engineer out to look at it as it could be blocked gas jets. It is very unwise to try doing repairs to gas appliances yourself.
