car boot sale

I would like to sell some of my household items at a car boot sale but I do not know how I can get involved in one.  I do not know how they work, who to contact and where they are located; could someone please advise.

Look in your local newspaper.

Providing you have a car (with a boot!), some things to sell and a bit of cash for the plot fee, you can usually just turn up early in the morning and pay a fee to park your car.
