Can anyone tell me how to get rid/sell a girder, its been outside for many years bit rusty looking but just needs a good wire brush. Wanting to get rid of it in order I can do the garden. Thanks in advance!

Try your local "Freecycle", there's sure to be one for your area. You register through Yahoo, and you can give away or get hold of other people's unwanted items.
No money is involved. You'll be surprised what people consider "rubbish"
