I think what you're after may be a roller.

 

However, although does look rather like a (very) colourful crow, in fact it's in quite a different family, the Coraciidae (in the Coraciiformes), unrelated to crows (Corvidae in the Passeriformes).

 

The similarity is shown by the species name of the European Roller: Coracias garrulus, echoing the genus name of the European jay, Garrulus glandarius, which as Merlin says is indeed a crow.
