Which coating?

I made a garden fence from the wood panels you get from the bottom part of a bed.
I'm not sure what type of coating to give it as I dont know what what type of wood it is. Can anyone recommend anything. Thanks.

Just get whatever fence/shed coating is on offer, something like Ducksback or Wilkinson's own brand, in whatever colour you fancy.
I would do it asap though as the timber that you have used will not be weather proof.
