Extending a utility room

We have a 1960s Leech house.The garage and utility room are on the side of the house.We no longer use the garage as our cars are too big.The garage and utility room are divided by a breeze block wall. Would it be possible to remove the wall and build it up further into the garage? (easily) to make the utility room bigger Or is this a huge job?thank you for your help
