bees are living under my pond which is by the back door and made of raised railway sleepers. I dont want to kill them, but how do i remove them as they are freaking out my 3 kids aged 5 and under?

If they are definitely bees, they can be moved. Try your pest control office at the council, they may be able to put you in touch with a beekeeper who will rehome them (done by taking the queen I believe)
