washing machine

Can anyone recommend a washing machine which is easy to use ie not over complicated with programmes and not to dear also reliable.

I have a Bosch classic 1200 spin, have had it for a couple of years now, no problems. can't remember how much it was but it would have been a reasonable price. I also don't like all the 'singing and dancing' machines, this one is straightforward.

We have a Hotpoint which has a bigger drum than some of the standard models and a selection of spinning speeds up to 1600 revs which gets the washing much dryer than older models. It has lots of programmes but is very simple to use and the advantage of the bigger size drum is that it will take a king size duvet. and other bulky items. Can't remember the model number but if you Google Hotpoint Washing Machines, you'll probably find it.

Just checked. It's a Hotpoint Ultima No WMD 960.
