Hannspree TV problem

I have a Hannspree HT11 TV (19", 48.1cm) which has fallen out with its remote control. Thje obvious has been checked - mains supply, batteries in the remote - but although programmes can be received, it will not respond to channel changes or power off from the remote, only manually. I hope someone may help.

We bought a new Technika flatscreen TV from Tesco recently and almost immediatley the remote stopped working and we had to manually change channels. We done what you did to no avail ,rang the helpline no. and they sent us a new handset which works perfectly now.hope this helps
