Odd Sized Immersion

I have taken the ancient immersion heater unit out of my tank and have been left with a long hexagonal hole (no thread) with a bolt hole at the top and an attached bolt at the bottom.

Is it still possible to get a replacement to fit this or are they all the screw in types these days?
