Fine hairline crack in basin

Zacmaster don't think they will have it back as its my fault for dropping something in it and no it wasnt false teeth lol.

Suppose i could give that a try redhelen, the only thing is will it stop the hairline crack from getting bigger as i have noticed in the past few days its gone from a inch to a couple of inches.

I'd say a new basin is the only option.....because the crack will only get bigger.
Have you got house insurance...it should be covered under Fixtures and fittings.

Before you claim on house insurance check what the excess payable is. It may be cheaper in the long run not to claim.

There is a product on the market called 'milliput' that is very good at sealing baths, wash basins etc.
