Bar keeper's friend
4 Answers
I have a set of stainless steel saucepans and they are badly marked up with rainbow marks.
I have read that bar keeper's friend is good for removing these marks, but when I read the product it says don't use on stainless steel.
This is the product

They advertise that it will remove the blueing from chrome on electric fire reflectors and motorbike exhausts. (It does). It's excellent on stainless steel too. Many hardware stores stock it, or you could Google for it.
