Unibond sealer

I want to seal the inside of my brickwork garage walls, as the surface is quite 'dusty'.

Is UniBond ‘Super PVA Universal Sealer and Primer’ the product to use?

Also, should I get the exterior waterproof one, as my garage walls are only a single skin?

Finally, would you recommend that I dilute it or put it on neat – I don’t want the appearance of the walls to change.

I'd say the only time I use it neat is when I'm gluing wood together.
You always have to dilute it...otherwise you will get in a right mess.
If you applied it neat, you will have runs all over the wall...and the wall will have an almost glazed finish.

For use as a dust-sealing primer, dilute it 1 part PVA to 5 parts water. Neat, it's an adhesive.
