Has anybody any experience of Esurveyors.com? On-Line chartered surveoys offering cut price house surveys. Attractive prices - but are they any good?

Thank you for enquiring as to E Surveyors, I apologise for not seeing this earlier, so I hope your move went well.

We are a national group of Chartered Surveyors, all registered by the RICS. We source Surveyors who are able to provide surveys at the competitive price scale that we openly advertise on our website. This is because we believe in transparency, a good deal for the consumer and getting work for the independent Surveyor that is increasingly forced to battle against the ever larger corporate companies and Banks to get work.

Like Direct Line, we believe in providing the cost saving fees in the first place and do not advertise on price comparison sites as this would inevitably force the fee higher to pay someone else for the introduction. Instead we provide the advertising structure and administration for Surveyors to get the work without huge expenses.

I hope this helps explain our strategy and that we are not cowboys, but qualified professionals competing with the big corporates. The fees are lower, but the service is better.
