i recently bought a coleman extreme cooler,its supposed to keep ice frozen for up to 6 days,it doesn't,am i doing something wrong?anyone else have one of these and can give any tips?The ice starts to melt after 4 hours.

Initially .. the less ice you put in, the quicker it will thaw. An ice cube would thaw in minutes.
I bet if you filled it, it would be ok for a few days.
