If the paint has dried, which I guess it probably has by now you have probably had it. Although if it is recent you could try turpintine, this may remove the laquer from the paint on the car so TEST IT FIRST. If the paint was wet warm very soapy water would work. It is possible with some elbow grease and if teh paint mark is small this might still work. All the best
