Unwins Plants

Has anyone had trouble receiving plants from Unwins? I ordered Trailing Begonias thru' a DT Sat gardening section ad in Feb.. Due to be sent out during April. Have been chasing them for last 3 weeks and keep getting told that they on their way eg Fri 06/05 they had left, Mon 09/05 just left and so on.
There are only 2 choices when phoning - one an order line and the other a query re order line. Not too helpful as I would like customer services as the plants are probably too big for pouches.

I have had problems getting begonias I have ordered - they have only just arrived and they are not huge - the supplier said that the long cold spell stopped the roots developing properly so they had hung on to them for an extra month ! It wasnt Unwins but it might help knowing you are not alone :-)

Thank you for your info. If that is the reason why couldn't they tell me instead of all the fobbing off.
