Every time I make a cheesecake, the digestive biscuit base goes soggy. Does anyone have any tips for keeping the base crunchy please?

If your cheesecake is not a baked one, try spreading a thin layer of melted chocolate over the biscuit crumb, then let it set before putting the filling on top.

If you are doing a baked cheesecake, bake the crumbs for about 10 mins before spreading the filling on top.

Mmmmm - are we invited to share it?
If you're not already I'd bake it in a tin instead of a ceramic dish because the heat will crisp it up better.
