How to clean a shower curtain?

I cleaned it with normal bathroom cleaner, and it is better but is still covered in water marks.any thoughts on a good product which will get it back to its original state? It is quite thick plastic, see-through with a blue design. Thanks

Wilkies (wilkinsons) do a spray bottle of white vinegar, that might be what you want. 99p I think.
