Going away with the girls for my 64th in November, Lanzarote at Christmas and New Year...Autumn and all those lovely clours, the list is endless sis :-0)

when we get back we'll be putting in an order for a new .......here we go again, it's that 'C' word again...........CARAVAN!!
starting to do the research, and decide where to go for next years two long trips to france...... you guessed it, in the CARAVAN!!
stewey - not even looking in the shops now - all the merchandise will appear very soon. ron - have you read Alistair MacLean's novel 'C...... to Vaccares'? Got it somewhere in a bookcase here......................
Autumn my fave season..., hopefully finding somewhere to live, moving out on my own for the first time as i went from family home to my husbands place from there HM lived with me pretty much the rest of the time...at 53 its time I tried a bit of independence...more time with Redman....Autumn equinox, Yule, then christmas with my family
taking 4 horses up to Norfolk for first week in Oct for a jolly around the countryside. - Humans all ladies of a certain age and all jokes about Norfolk Broads have been done thank you very much! Then off to South Africa for two months and a bit of winter sun, children and grandchildren.
I am looking forward to all the school children going back to school next week.
My own 13 year old son has been no bother, but next door's grandchildren have driven me mad for the last 5 weeks. They are the whiniest, screechiest children you could ever have the misfortune to live near and they have been at their grandma's (my next door neighbour) every single day of the holidays. I haven't been out in my back yard once all summer because it is impossible to get any peace at all.
I agree with you rowan on autumn. Fabulous season. btw should I use a capital 'R' from tomorrow? ;o) Good luck with the search for a new domicile - it is great to be independent ♥
sounds like good fun carmalee and different. Hope it all goes well - no-ne would dare to make such comments on my thread! (yeah right) daffy - what ever happened to the saying 'children should be seen and not heard'? Not nice to be a hostage in your own home. stewey - don't leave yet, it doesn't take that long to cross the field does it?
The name change symbolises a casting off of a lot of bad memories....I only decided on making it a real name after I heard Red say it for the first time.... suddenly it was the only name I could imagine having....but the surname may I hope be subject to change in the future...
