And They Wonder Why Insurance Is So...

I have the above mentioned washer / dryer and am finding that all my washing is coming out of the wash cycle covered in fluff. I'm sure it's down to the filter needing a clean, but I can't find it! The only things on the front of the machine are the buttons at the top and the door and there is nothing on either side. Granted, I haven't checked the back, but surely they wouldn't put it there? The manual mentions nothing about a filter.
Can anyone help as I'm fed up with sellotaping my clothes to get the fluff off!

I asked the service man and was told the outlet pipe was wide enough not to need one. I find that every time I use the drier for towels, I need to run the machine empty ( no washing powder) on the 30o cycle just to rinse out the fluff that sticks to the inside of the rubber drum surround. Hope this helps.
