suede dye

does anyone know is it possible to use satin dye to dye suede shoes as i am having trouble finding suede dye in the colour I need.

If it is a satin shoe dye it won't be stable if it gets really wet as it would be designed for things like bridesmade or dancing shoes... if you tried it give it a good coat of waterproofing stay afterwards
