Concrete workshop lining & insulation

I have had a sectional concrete building built in my garden to use as a workshop and storeroom, it's based on a 13ft by 16ft Compton garage but with a door and double glazed windows fitted instead of an up-and-over door. What be recommended materials to use to line and insulate the walls so that (with some tube/convector heaters) the building will stay at a comfortable working temperature?

Polysteyrene ( sp?) would be a good insulator, also I would suggest reverse cycle air conditioning for your heating/cooling method which can keep your ambient temperature within a 1 degree differential from set point. www.global-ccoling.co.uk offer DIY systems for such projects.

You could stud the walls i.e. fix horizontal batons the the walls and nail plasterboard to them, with insulation in between. Loft insulation should do.
