I have had a barrel of coal that I have now nearly finished and am left with about 4 inches of coal dust at the bottom of the barrel. Is there anyway I can re form the dust so that I can use it as fuel on the fire?

umm pour boiling water over old newspapers torn up to make a pulp, drain the pulp to moulding consistency, stir in the dust and make nuggets. Let them dry hard et voila
If you do as woofgang suggests and get one of these to make the briquettes you'll be sorted
