hairspray

Does anyone know how to unblock the nozzle of a can of hairspray, olease? I tried a needle, also holding under the hot water tap. There must be some way of doing this, as I don't want to wast the considerable amount which is left. It is an expensive brand!

try heating it gently by shoving it up your jumper for a bit

I think I'd try taking the nozzle off the can, and soaking it in very hot water for a few minutes, that should dissolve the spray thats sealing the nozzle.............

Goodness me ...

Find another nozzle off of ANOTHER can that will fit .. and try that!
The spray hole is much smaller than a needle or pin : )

This happened to me with a can of Silvriken, I'd had it a couple of weeks before I wanted to use it. Soo I marched back to Tesco all guns blazing - - - the girl said
"I'll get you another" end of story.

This happened to me with a can of tresemme,but when I was trying to spray it,it suddenly started working again but wouldn't stop!Got spray in my eyes,moth,nose,mirror etc.Kept pressing it a few times and it eventually stopped.I e-mailed them and told them what had happened and as well as an apology they sent me a five pound voucher!
I would follow the advice of welshibranr and also scrub the nozzle with a toothbrush to help remove the spray.
