What does semi flush mean with this light?

I'm looking at a light from Argos http://www.argos.co.u...g+lights|14418022.htm which says it's semi flush. What does this mean? Can it be fitted onto a ceiling no problem?

it means the fitting is semi flush with the ceiling and not hanging from a chain or pendant. It can be fitted to a normal ceiling no problem.
