Hi. My garden has been ruined by a large trampoline that is now removed. It has resulted in a large area of mud and very little grass in any other area. I would like to prepare the area to reseed with grass in time for the spring/summer. There are several holes and lumpy areas that I would like to correct also so that my lawn area is smooth and flat. How do i do this. What preparation has to be done before I can lay seed. The garden does not drain very well although mu landlord has had a trench put at the bottom of the garden area that has improved drainage very slightly. Many Thanks.
