Has anyone recieved an eaga shower smart?

don't remember ordering one or filling out any forms, but one has arrived today!

according to there webpage "Eaga has one free Eaga ShowerSmart available for every household in Great Britain whilst stocks last"

I approached some scheme a few months ago about getting solar electric cells on the roof for free electricity - was told my roof isn't big enough!! - They admitted they didnt actually visit just used Google Earth or similar

Couple of weeks later I got an e-mail from Eaga saying they had a shower-smart for all who applied for that scheme. They would send it to me with a return envelope if I didn't want it or it wasn't suitable.

It arrived last week and when I tried the test that is with it I found I didn't need it.

And ther is no return envelope either so its been wated here

It adjusts the shower flow rate to 7.8 litres per minute Funnily enough, the taps on my mixer shower unit are designed for adjusting the flow rate. That said, they mean well, with the aim of reducing peoples hot water bills and helping the environment. And it's free. Ask around - if you don't need it maybe someone else could use it to their advantage.
