How to hang a curtain rail from the ceiling?

Is there any way i can fit a rail into the ceiling without having to drill?

Thanks dotty and SB, thats the pic , but thats not my apartment, I have blinds already fitted but I want to put up curtains to frame the window .,,,,,,,and to hide the fact that I have no walls.

Ann, I'm not going to try and hang heavy curtains,i'm going to hang something silky and light, but I will try your Velcro idea, and I'll let you know how it goes.
