my wifes lg cookie phone can only receive pictures when the bluetooth is switched on....the pictures are being sent from scotland etc we live in essex .....any ideas....thanks lee

Hi Lee, dont know if its pay as you go or contract but phone the service provider eg orange, voda etc and ask them to send the settings via text to the mobile. it should come as as an mms update which then automatically installs on the phone reboot and jobs a good un! thats what i had to do with all my phones. hope that works for your wife.
